Our packages are built around your unique needs and preferences, with pricing depending on how often you’d like to train in the studio and whether you prefer 1-2-1coaching or if you’d like to train with a friend.Included in every package is full access to our coaching app, where you’ll receive a bespoke training program tailored to your routine.
This also includes programming for any additional training you’d like to do alongside your 1-2-1 sessions, whether you’re working out at home or in a gym outside of your sessions. Every exercise includes video demonstrations, so you’ll always feel confident in your technique.
We also offer personalised nutrition guidance, starting with a full review of your current habits and building a realistic, maintainable strategy that fits your lifestyle. The app supports your progress with tools to track your nutrition, stay accountable, and access helpful resources.
To ensure steady progress, we carry out progress check-ins every four weeks, using photos and measurements. You’ll also receive weekly tasks via the app to help you stay focused, motivated, and continually moving toward your goals.

Small Group Training
We run multiple small group personal training sessions throughout the week in both our Dromore and Banbridge locations.You can join us for one or multiple sessions each week, depending on what suits your schedule and goals.
Every session is uniquely programmed and combines strength training with cardiovascular work to keep things varied, effective, and engaging.Our classes are intentionally kept small to create a supportive, inclusive environment where we can focus on your form, offer personalised guidance, and ensure you get the most out of every workout.
